In order to request to be placed in a class or put on the wait list (we do not do trial classes), you will need to
create an account. You must fill in each field, read and accept the waivers, as well as fill out auto pay information.
Once you have been approved for the class, you will receive a confirmation email. Please download (form below), fill out and
